The servers used to host the website and the CMS are located in a controlled access secure N+1 data centre. Access to the data centre will be restricted to its employees and will be staffed and monitored 24/7. The data centre guarantees 99.9% uptime and with server access only required to update the screens, the network will never be down. Our hardware has an AFR of less than 0.5%
All servers are protected by firewalls that block unused protocols and sensitive components. Secure passwords are used for database and remote server access that are changed on a regular basis. The server has UPS power, backup generator, multiple ISPs, RAID1 drive configuration and tape backups.
Access to the server is restricted by a username and password for each user. Only authorised users are able to access any given account. No other customers or competitors are able to access your data.
When logging in the username, password and unique security code are sent to the server using an MD5 encryption to ensure a secure user login. When content is sent from the server to the screen each media file is given a unique signature, using electronic signature validation, which is authorised by the screen to ensure that content can only be sent from the correct source.
Regular backups are taken, and stored in a secure location.
